I am soloing with a multi class gnome fighter-illusionist. Being an illusionist meant I HAD to pick a spell from my own school from level 3, and the only one there was invisibility 10 ' radius.

Unfortunately it has little use seen as I don't have a party; I can just use improved invisibility on myself when needed.

Stupid, no?

*shrug*

Considering you can memorise every other spell except those from Necromancy and Wild Mage, it is not a big problem eventually.

Remember, you only need to know it, you do not need to put it in your spell slot.

Yes. I agree with Dundee, if u dont want to use it, just know it, dont memorise it. or ofcourse, use the same class with another race- ul be a fighter/mage, so u wont have any restrictions on the spells u can choose, just the number u have.
Smart, No?

Its a very useful spell if you have a party as you can wonder through dungeons unseen, but other wise its useless.
