Probably, at earliest 3rd/4th quarter 2011.

As an avid GW player, I am excited as well. Currently planning with the guild on how best to transition to the new game

I really can't wait for this game. I really need to reinstall Guild Wars 1 for the Hero Hall or whatever it's called. So my stuff can carry over to GW 2. Did we get any clear details about how that is going to work out? I've been holding out of putting my stuff and titles in there until we had more info.

Yes it will be something to play but bah, it seems like all the good games are "in the works" right now.

I'm on the fence with this one. I remembered how bad the online community was with GW1 that I'm not that hoo-haa about this one.

I wondered too. Since GW didn't have official forums (IIRC), my only experiences with the community were in-game and here. Very little in-game since I solo alot. They seemed to be the normal Runescape/WoW crowd. Some mature, some not.
