If you haven't destroyed the Slavers guide, look at that guard during the night he will take a bribe from the slave traders to let them pass. It's just to show how the slaver's guild truly works in the underground slave trade.

I actualy took that guard using Ctrl-q in making my odd new (evil) party, he's lawful evil by the way.
