I read a little bit ago a thread about someone who had lost their puppy, a really cute one, and was then thinking of adopting a puppy and a kitten from a shelter. I had asked them to think about adopting adult animals since they get put down more often cause no one wants to adopt them. I can't remember their name or the name of the post, and I've seriously looked at the posts for the last 20 days and still couldn't find it.

anyway, I was wondering how it went for them? did they end up finding their dog? or did they adopt new pets from a shelter? can anyone help me out here, just to satisfy my own curiousity?

I agree Spydar, we usually get rescue dogs that were beaten and abused....some of the time they're puppys, sometimes not.

It's better to give these troubled ones a better life!
