I have a friend who`s name is Shaggy. He is also a good dribbler. He knows the "Elastico" move from my sig. So today I met him and asked:"So can you show me the trick?" and he said:"Of course dude!"

So he showed me and about hour later I have already mastered it.... I am SOOOOOOO happy... must go play and try it on my opponenets...

Congrats man!!! hehehe didn't he just scoop it up from left to right then pushed it to the left? It's hard, but if you play soccer it isn't that bad... it's torture on your leg though...

It won't torture your leg if you did a bit of exercising first.

btw Xen, don't use the move too often or you'll be very predictable.

i actually tried the move in one of my matches, because it looked so cool in your sig...but since i am a horrible dribbler and i haven't touched a ball in 2 years, it turned out to be a pass...i guess i need to get down the basics before i try to fake anyone out...

Xen you could end up hyperextending that knee joint. You can even tear tendons and such.

Like Kakero said, if your legs are conditioned it shouldn't be that much of a prob since we're all young. Another thing I echo from him is that if you keep on doing it you will be very predictable.
