I can live with immortality. People say it would get boring but they forget the memory limit of the brain. IT doesn't hold information for as long as you'd think

1) The reincation spell!, wait to your near old age death and simply die of anyhting but old age and them come back in the body of a young adult, on draw back is the radom spieces bit but you can still get over that.

2)I wouldn't mine Imortality really, sure it might be boring at times but so life as it is now. But the food criss will defentinty be a problem.
