Wainwright is in Umar hills? I cant yet get there..Umar hills is grayed out on my world map. Sorry for my lameness...I just started playing a couple days ago.

Go to the Gate District and go through the gate, that should solve the problem.

I had the same problem after installing ToB. Go to wachers keep first then you can travel to umar hills.
