The only problem is, to show others that you are online, you have to actually login, otherwise you are only seen as Guest #xx...
Looks like your lurkings may continue Draconia!
Anyway, I am pretty much just playing around with the new system!

I see you too Yorick !

But the 'Viewing who's on line' feature can lie, as I open 3 windows on the Board every morning at work (GD forum, BG IIforum, and now the 'Viewing' window), and let them open all day, even if I have a look at them only from time to time (between heaps of work to do ). So the 'Viewing' window shows me (and others, like Donut for a start) even when I am not here !

Hi Moiraine. Just to let you know that you and I have been sent a (polite) email from Ziroc asking that we don't leave our 'Who's on line' window open all the time because it uses up bandwidth.

OK, Donut , sorry, Ziroc ! I closed my window !

I put my home mail address in my profile, so I haven't got the mail ...

Ziroc, do you plan to implement 2 mail addresses in a user's profile ?
Oh, BTW, do I have to close my other Board windows too (Please, no ...) ? Or only the 'Viewing' window ?

You can keep all the other windows open, thats cool, just the 'who's online' page. because it automaticly reloads, and uses server resources.

Another Email address.. hmm, don't think that would be easy. It would require a large rewrite of the code, because of postings, replies, member data file size change and changing many many other things

I'll keep my eye out for a mod or hack though!!

Great feature, BTW ! Didn't I mention that earlier ?
