I am considering buying the complete Nadesico: Martain Sucsessor series...they have it at Beast Buy for $59. Other than that I have a small collection here and have watched a good bit more over the years.

Wow! I posted a similar thread a while ago to find any1 who liked anime. I love it, though i haven't heard of the ones you mentioned. I have seen Blood the last vampire, Evangelion, Gun Smith Cats, Oh! My Goddess, Love Hina, Iria (Or something like that), plus a few more which i've forgotten...oh yeah! Loddoss War I love the best so far. I am looking forward to seeing Princess Mononoke (sp?) soon.

What is anime anyway? The name suggests animation. Is it a special form of animaiton? Or is it simply cartoons? :confused1:

Edit: Weee, a marqueeing smiley.

Anime is short for Japanese Animation. Its usually identified by the big eyes, crazy technology in the show(movie, whatever), and hairdoes(sp).
Not exactly a webster dictionary definition, but hey...

My favorite roght now is....Oh, theres soooo many...In no order at all:

Princess Mononoke (Awesome movie!)
Berserk (Guy with a big sword, its fun)
Nadesico(sp) (Just started watching it, looks good)
Evangelion (A staple in anyone's list, fantastic show)

And a bunch of other ones I cant remember right now.

Also looking forward to watching the Lodoss Wars soon.
