NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Well, I installed Infinity Editor into the Bgate 2 subdirectory, and it didnt work. Fine. I uninstall it, guess what? It completely removes Bgate 2 !!! AAAAHHHGGGGG!!!!!! But realising what was happening I whisked away the save folder before the damn thing could devour it.

Drat the auto save and quick save files wern't fast enough, so they are now lurking around somewhere in the abbyss.

Ahh well, Only another 40 minutes of installing Bgate 2....thenm downloading patch....then ToB......

*punches self*

you have my sympathies.

normally BG uninstall ignores saves tho. of couse if its just IEEP using a crap install and wiping the directory your stuffed. hitting cancel might have worked also.

there is some software out there that can restore deleted files - the only problem is that by re-installing BG2 youve almost certainly wiped them out.
