I think I can...... we are all seprate mass of minds existing togeather in a state of non-existance. While the world around us is just a construct of our minds in order to keep them thinking and therefore existing. But none of our existances mix, they all exist apart from each other, where in each one only ourself exists and everyone around you do not.

I must exist if I can question existance. Its a vicious circle. Even if I am only a hallucination, a subconsciuos figment, someone elses dream or a bag of molecules, I cannot NOT exist and wonder if I do. I have to exist in order to contemplate not existing. So I can pretend I dont exist, it doesnt change whether or not I do, but may make it all that more clearer. I am, I be. It can be self-evident.

well you have up to 5 ways to tell if it is so.
and i believe it requires at least 3 of the 5 to prove it does exist.
first is touch- can you touch this object?
taste-are you able to get some kind of taste from this object?
smell-does this object have a distinct smell you can distinguish?
hear-can this object make a noticeable sound?
see-can you physically see the object?

as for if i am real?
yes if i am in your presence
you can physically see me.
you can physically touch me.
you can physically hear me when i speak or move.
you can taste me and tell there is a distinct flavor not of commonality
you can physically smell me, i have a scent.
therefore if i meet or exceed those requirements then i must be real.
can god meet any of those senses requirements?

I can`t prove that *I* exist, but I can prove that atleast one of us exists... this proof is more suited to a chat such as MSN than a forum, though
You are reading this- there are thus two possibilities, either it exists or it doesn`t. Assuming it doesn`t, it must be a figment of your imagination; assuming it does- I must also exist.
I am at the same time reading what you are saying. This, again, allows two possibilities- either it exists or it doesn`t. If it doesn`t, i`m imagining it; if it does, you also exist.

Now, if we assume that neither actually exists, then neither of us exists; and so there is no longer anyone to imagine what the other is typing.
This is important, because if there is noone to imagine it- how can it be imagined ?? Thus, one of us exists and is typing what is being read; the other may exist or be a figment of the imagination of the one who exists; but no less than one may actually exist.

Ahh, but are you sure you are what your papers tell you you are? The same reasoning as for Yorick being a Russian. Do you just simply believe you are the one mentioned in thoose papers cause that is the only truth of who you are you can hold on to? Or is the reasoning and the line of thoughts more important. Do the papers define you, your friends, your parents or all? I know, this is one mean question And don´t worry! I can take a joke hehe!

Pain is a good thing. It is both a mirage of our mind telling us something is wriong, but can also be a fear of getting pain. Pain can also be deluding. We can feel pain even though their is nothing wrong with us. Yet it exist without being there!

Descartes in all honor, but he stated something, he didn´t prove it, and you are not him so try again. If you think, you have not proven that you are cause I can´t be made sure that you think.

Blood is also a physical proof, but do you know that it is you conn that blleds or are you really someone else, but never told who you were, and in that case are you know Conn cause that is your truth or are you for instance John Doe??
