As part of a rowing exchange 'program' between the student rowing clubs Njord (my rowing club in Leiden) and Christ Church (Oxford) me and some friends will be going to England November 4 - November 7. I'll be ravaging the English lands (both Oxford and London) and will participate in the Head of the River Fours the 6th of November on the Thames.

Beware England!!! :evillaugh:

Oh -- if you want, I could make some time available to have drink (or two). Just let me know!

Can't promise anything though!

I'm sure the English are shaking in their slippers now.

Slippers? And there I was thinking English only wore brogues and walked with canes!

No, it's bathrobes, slippers and tea. And scones.
