I come out of the underdark and nobody is there to talk to!!! not even elhan. and on top of that, my drow equipment doesnt dissentigrate!!!?!?!?!?! plz help.

well, I've never had that problem before, I'm not quite sure, but it sounds like a normal bug. Try restarting your computer, then load the game, rest once before going up (I've found resting clears up a lot of bugs) then go back up, and hopefully all is well, and you lose your drow equipment
 hehe
