What does Nordom do anyways?? I've only played Torment a couple of times and both times he wasn't in my party.

He has two crossbows that have unlimted arrows, can see portals 92% of the time.
er.... You can change his sats depending on your current class (makes him better and gives you lots of exp.), he has a spell hiden on his person( you only get it through coversation.) you find some really powerful arrows for him, which can also be bought once discoverd from the golem, his normal arrows lower their targets armour class with each hit and he has really funny conversations like;

-Attention Morte, did you know I have six sides?-

and I think there is some other stuff he can do, but this is all I can think of.

I liked the dungeon you had to past to get to Nordom, But my party was always pretty small:

Annah
Morte
Dakkon

I like being a sensates, Also it's sad it was a one shot adventure it would have been nice to have had the story countinue with the nameless one Rebecoming Mortal. I liked the voice of Annah --Pike Off!! Looks like the dusties lost one of theire deader's--

Torment is great! I spent an entire day on the damned Modron Cube just to get Nordom. I never managed to change him though..I had no Idea how, since all my conversations led to nowhere. Pity, the spell he gives you is supposedly really good (Enoll Eve's Duplication or something).
Of all the recent AD&D games, Torment is still my favourite. I did every possible quest=)
My party consisted of
Me, the Nameless One (his real name is kinda..wierd), always a high level Mage
Annah
Dakkon (from whom I pried out the secrets of zerthimon for extra experience )
Fall-From-Grace (has anyone been able to read her diary? Please tell me if you have)
Nordom
Morte (he's great..He has heaps of personality)

And the ending to Torment is really sad..nearly broke a tear on it.
Torment is a truely epic game, of epic scale and proportion.
I don't know why people say BG is epic and has lots of story and everything. I personally find that it doesn't (maybe I'm just spoiled on Final Fantasy 7&8), so either I'm wierd, or the majority of the people here have never played those games.
