I think they rock.
My son brought home "Dookie" before any of the locals stations had even heard of them or had played any single they ever released. About 6 months later, they were everywhere and he was telling me "See?!"
I couldn't argue, they are good.

Hi Melusine! Haven't seen you in a while. Green Day has a couple good songs but I feel like I can only handle that amount at one anyway. I start twiching spasmatically if I expose myself to the whole cd at one time

In the foul darkness one figure will emerge to save the world from evil and despair.... Light flashes as his sword comes down, and thunder rolls through the sky when he points his sword up to heaven to signal his victory....People whisper his name as he walks by, evil tries to hide as they sense his presence nearby.... His name? Link......

I like Green Day, but their latest album was a terrible letdown..
Minority doesnt match up to when they were less popular and had not sunk into the whole pop-rock thing yet..

Blink 182 thats another story

I've only heard two of their songs. Time of your life, which i am learning to play, and basketcase. They aren't bad, but I certainly didn't like them until I got into punk. They're on the level with Blink 182. I like some of their songs, but not all of them.
