Stuck in Dragons Eye... (Spoiler Alert)

I am stuck in the level with the circular metallic doors, the rows of non-opening doors (trapped) and the "hydraulic door." I've uncovered just about everything I can (visible anyhow) and still don't have any answers.

The room with the eye over the doorway is starting to tick me off. I got passed it once and clicked on the candles that are part of the wall. It didn't do anything that I noticed.

I've gone back to talk to the mage even though I have the original mandrake root (not modified - how do I modify it?) but he is of no help - just keeps talking about his blessed transformation.

Sent several of the prisoners to our druid "friend" but he says they haven't arrived yet.

Any ideas? Would like to get passed this. [img]smile.gif[/img]

MEGA SPOILER

1) for the doors
Use find traps on the doors. disarmed the traps then open lock then open doors.

2) mandrake roots,
release mage form lock door, talk to him, look for dead body, report to the mage, find sword, go back to the body, it will show you where the modified mandrake root is, take it, go to the mage again, talk to him, go to the brewing room just beside where you pick up the modified mandrake root. talk to the guy in blue and red, forgot his name, force him to make a potion with the modified mandrake root, after talking to him, replace the mandrake root with the modified mandrake root, (on one of the table) you'll see a message appear saying the potion is ready, pick up the potion, put back the mandrake root, go back to talk to the mage, give him the potion.

the candles behind the eye door is to lower the bridge leading into the room, to get pass the door with the eye, you have to become a "histachi" the slow yellow monster, so you have to drink one of the modified mandrake root potion, which you have to get from the mage when he is in the library. it is no use using ctrl j to get into the room i tried that it doesn't work.

at one point you have to go back to kuldahar and talk to everyone, before that take with you the holy avenger amulet, so you can do two task at once, visit the graveyard when you are back at kuldahar, be sure to check every head stone. there'll be a fight. when you reach kuldahar, you'll know why the prisoner doesn't arrive.
