There's a little restaurant here in Minneapolis that is constantly winning BBQ Ribs competitions (nationally) called the Pickled Parrot.

I’m like moderately spicy foods myself (but don’t mind Jalapenos on Nachos) so take my description in light of this. The BBQ sauce is, in my estimation, between moderately and seriously spicy. However, it is the type of spicy that sneaks up on you. So by the time I down to the last few ribs my mouth can’t take it any more but the ribs are so good I can’t stop. So I just finish the plate and deal with the pain.
