Now it may not be the most popular forum, but there have been a few newbies popping up on the Darkstone section recently. These poor souls have so far been sadly overlooked by the Official Welcome Wagon!

So please grease up your axles, hop on down and give them a great big Cloudmomma welcome

Darkstone is sort of a Diablo/Diablo II rehash, but with a snazzier interface. I played it a bit. Terribly trite storyline, but a pretty cool game overall.

Oh well, I usually prefer the story..
I'll look for it, if you thought it was pretty cool... I like your taste.

I'm really enjoying it...
Sazerac, Wyvern, and the Black Knight got me started on it, and it's great !

BladeMaster, I think you'd really enjoy it. Different interface from BG2 and IWD, but very playable once you get used to it (1st person view instead of 3rd person 3/4 down view).

Drop by the W&W forum here at Ironworks and check out a few of the posts to get a "feel" for it.

Been a wee bit pre-occupied for the last few weeks but I HAVE thought of it!
Will get myself out on rounds soon! Just keep reminding this poor half awake soul!
