Ok, now this one is my favourite.

I feel very consoled by this - explains why my hips look so, well, rounded! Obviously they are in reality very small, and it is the mirror that is causing the mischief. Probably the mirror is the lemon and sultana cheesecake culprit also.

Oh dear. Have just read this again, - it seems that I have misunderstood completely. Wait up just a second there while I go off and hang myself.

I always kinda felt it applied in several ways, so it speaks straight to my inside:
a) I always sorta lived in fantasy - but my feet always stayed on the ground and I knew it wasn't real, but desperately wanted it to be.
b) I always knew I could DO things - but I never did.
c) Prufrock is a male version of me!

Nah, mine is containing some words not popular to this forum!

Watch The Last Boyscout, espacially the scene where Bruce is talking to himself infront of the mirror..

Oh dear, feel very tearful now.

It's a lovely lovely poem, so poignant. (And no, I haven't forgotten and won't forget!)

Silly cat! Just let it be a lesson to you to do the things you dream of, my girl! Don't go through life procrastinating, like your idiot mother!

Well, I have done quite a lot of them. Although there are many I haven't!

If there is anyone out there who would like to donate a large (or not so large, I'm not fussy!) sum to enable Silver Cheetah to see more of the world, please let me know. The fastest bank details in the West will be with you in a twinkling.

And Fljots, it was YOU who introduced me to the fine procrastinatory tool known in the vulgar tongue as 'the forum', thereby sounding a death knell to any hopes I may have had of becoming either rich or famous!! :accusatoryglare:
