Read in a few posts that Mindflayers could be killed by using deathspell, which makes sense 'cause of their low HP. But whenever i try it, they quite simply resist the deathspell with Magic Resistance ....
So .. does deathspell work or not ?

Ay it does, but it can be resisted by magic resistance. Certain Mind Flayers do not have magic resistance however,
