Taken form the Tivo Forum: If you are watching Live TV at the time TiVo will ask permission to change channels to record the Promo. Note if you are not around to say no TiVo will go ahead. I *think* the buffer up to the time of the channel change will still be available. The Dossa & Jo promo contains some strong language and is unsuitable for younger viewers. Parental controls are not effective so be careful.

So in other words - the Tivo will record stuff you dont want it to, the guy dosent know what happens to you buffer. This is not good.

More importantly this is post-watershed stuff, which they acknowledge, and they also acknoledge the parental controls dont apply. I believe that they are legally obligated to make sure that post-watershed material cant be accessed if the parental controls are set. Sue them.
