That sounds fest-bucket. How on Earth do you stomach it? Yeck! Do you add sugar or anything to take away the (what I'm assuming is) horrible taste?
No, just break the eggs and put it into the glass of warm water. stir a couple of time and then drink it. It's delicious I tell you. You should try it sometime.

You can get food born illnesses from raw eggs though you know, like salmonila (sp?) or Ecoli. Seems almost every restaurant we have now in my area that serves breakfasts have a warning sign about ordering barely cooked eggs (including "sunny side ups"). I guess they do it so you can't sue em if you eat a rawish egg and get sick.

Of course you could take a grapefruit seed extract pill and never have to even worry about it, but few know or care about grapefruit seed extract's benefits, so...

Either way, raw eggs, again, ewww-eh!

Mmm... I don't mind a semi-raw egg Lady Zekke.... I used to have my boiled ones like that.... then dip buttered toast into the eggy contents. YUM.

Sobe comprises several nice types of flavored sugar-water. Great for diet-busting or keeping the kids up all night. I like the "lizard" ones, both Lizzard Blizzard (coconut mainly) and Lizzard Fuel (strawberry mainly) flavored versions. They're much more palettable than Snapple, which I can't stand in the least.
