Oops! Ziroc, the chat is on the last Saturday of every month, so that will be next week, on Saturday the 30th. As before, I'll include you in the email that gives our members details on how to connect

BTW, the chat starts at 5:00pm EST Hope to see you there

PS : Reeka says to tell you to look for an email from webmaster@the-silver-river dot com in the next week with the details (that may very well go into your bulk mail automatically), and that she would have posted this herself to tell you, but can't connect to IW at the moment

A l o n g time ago I used to use MSN sporadically, now I just don't have the time, I'm afraid. I'm finding my online time is shrinking and I'm needing to allocate that time a lot more prudently than even a couple of years ago. Plus I'm in a different timezone to many others here and that doesn't really help.

I used to use MSN a fair bit, but like Genieboy, RL has cut down on my online time. However, I'm going to set up a webcam link for my parents so they can keep in touch with my brother, sister-in-law and neice when they move to Baku shortly. Just out of interest, does anyone have tips for the best setup e.g. MSN -v- Netmeeting etc?

Mouse, Bardan and I have tried MSN for web-chatting and it does not work well for us. We use Yahoo for that and have found it to be much better at handling voice chatting and web camming and that sort of thing. I prefer MSN for regular chat, but for those specific things, in my opinion, Yahoo is better

I used to go IRC or ICQ. but I don't use it anymore because I find it very boring and I also hate it when males pose as females. However, I found that talking to someone face to face is much more fun. especially if you are talking to girls.
