A messenger runs in, nervously running past the ShadowKing
"My lady, there is a monster coming. A huge black worm, approaching from the direction of the Temple" The ShadowKing's eyes flare "It wants the hammer - the beast will not reach here" and he dissipates ************************* The great beast rumbles through the ground at great speed, homing on the energies of the mallet. It soon senses another source - one it likes, one which does not hurt. It tunnels upwards to the surface The ShadowKing floats in the air above the ground. Great clouds have gathered overhead. "Pucker up, maggot" The heavens open with huge claps of thunder and lightning. Whoever said lightning doesn't strike the same place twice was right - try 6 or 7 times instead! - the ShadowKing reaches into the badly injured NightCrawler and pulls something wispy and black out of its body, which now collapses.
