Yeah, right. But it really lacked the Bubble Bobble flair.

Maybe because they are smaller companies they just can't afford the advertising that would lead to so much more people knowing and buying the games

------------------------------------------------------------
Thats how i got them, because they were made in the Benelux alot of magazines here payed atension to them. I got curious and bought them, some of the best buys ever.

How about Armored Core and Legends of Dragoon for PS1? Armored Core was one of the sleeper games that Sony never thought would catch. So no adds. But it became a cult hit and has spawned two PS1 sequels and two PS2 sequels. Legend of Dragoon I include because I loved the CGI sequences in the game. Wether or not either of these games is well known I have no idea but then again I live in a small town. Almost no one here plays any Computer Games or PS1/2 Games unless they are kids. I of course am the town goof-ball.

The line between good and evil is razor sharp. Be careful of misteps,
lest you find yourself spitted upon your own blade.

Ground Control didnt get the respect it deserved..it was a kick ass game!
And Rikard.. Age of Wonders is cool!
What else.. Heavy Gear 2..
Drakan: Order of the Flame, Jagged Alliance 2 (the entire series has had an incredibly troubled history with publishers..)
SWAT 3, since everyone loves Counterstrike too much to play an excellent game like that..
Maybe Septerra Core, which I really enjoyed but never got the attention it deserved.

Why?
