Realised my Zenmaster has missed Iron Lung trait.

I am wandering, well floating and swimming, around Collassium but cannot find the Ring of Neptune.

Is it in a fixed location, or random drop?

It is a fixed location, but I don't recall where I do know that Iron Lung is also a fifth-level rogues guild trait, so if your zenmaster has membership there, he or she can still get it there. I just checked my walkthrough, and it's not in there, either

It *is* in a chest somewhere...

*edit* you might check in Stackman's adventures, up in the library. Its location may be documented in there, because bsftcs did a really good job of that kind of thing

When you get the Third Tablet, don't return the way you have come. Jump into the water below the "bridge" leading to the chest with the tablet.
You will meet Urgusa, a doppleganger and a Cet agent searching for the tablets and pretending to be a mermaid. Kill her.
Continue your way and you will find three chests. The first contain nothing special, the "4 star" one from the remaining two contains the Ring of Neptune.
At the end of the passage is a hidden door which will let you back, to the way to the third tablet.

Caveat! The ring looks like a Ring of Gedda. Make an exception and don't throw this "Ring of Gedda" away

Yes, already found it, but thanks!
Havent played for a while and had forgotten about the secret area under the water, then suddenly remembered it.
