As far as inventory goes, I suspect he doesn't carry any weapons or food or gold at all considering the situation he's in.

I'll have to agree with that...food the boys might have left with him, but the money and weapons they most certainly would have taken away. Not too sure about the cloak.

Also: the biography doesn't explain too well for me how he became a bandit...
