Mind, I'm surprised that Soule Lawani is no longer Finance Minister, he only got the role last year after much dubious wrangling. Poor sod, African politics is so hard to handle. Also, strictly speaking his official title is, as befits a French-speaking nation, Ministere de l'Economie et des Finances.

Has to be one of the most unconvincing and poorly constructed scams ever.

I could have potentially written a better critique, but just reading it once gave me a headache, and I don't want to start a competition for the most humorous critique. That's one I would lose.
