USA Ironworks Party -- Wanna? Shoulda? Coulda? lol!

Since I am in Florida, and a lot of you are in the South part of the USA, maybe we could have a Party or something!!

I was born in Louisville, Ky (BTW, they won the Little League World Series tonight!!!!!) anyway, I was thinking.... Every year Donna and I visit Louisville in October--although last year we didn't go (because of my mom's condition) but I was thinking maybe we have it in Altanta, GA?

That way it's close to all of you guys.. and as we drive up there, we can hang out in Atlanta, then after the party, Donna and I would drive (or fly) up and on to Louisville.

Give me some ideas...!! I am also planning on buying a Production based Video Camcorder (a Canon XL-1) and could bring it and tape it all and since it's MiniDV, I can upload it as a stream from my Laptop!

Ideas? Comments? Hate mail? Abuse? Choc quotes? (??!?!?!?)

I'm not going to be able to join you folks (fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your point of view [img]tongue.gif[/img] ), since I live right at the other side of the planet.

All I can say is: if you folks do decide to throw a party, HAVE FUN!!

Atlanta (or Louisville) is a bit far for me. Don't have enough $$ to fly and don't have enough vacation time left to drive.

Have a great time if you do get together with folks, Z! And don't let LoA near anyone after he's had a few.

He has a tendency to rip his clothes off and clog dance

I just want to say that I think it is very cool that all you guys are good enough friends that you would want to get together RL and bash. Really says alot for the site you created Z, that you all have become such great friends. Kinda makes me wish I had posted more since joining last November. Only 334 posts (at the time of this one), maybe you should create a new rank "infrequent poster" LOL [img]graemlins/1disgust.gif[/img]

I suppose my attendance would really depend on how tough I find my school schedule this semester.

London I might be able to make, I'll be in Scotland multiple times as well this year, as my boyfriend is studying abroad in Stirling for half a year.
The get-together in France was fantastic, maybe something like that should be organised on a bigger scale some time...
