i realy dont no how to ask this so ill just ask for opinions and details....
Ok i started playoing morrowind when it relesed on xbox i now am so addicted that i bought it for pc and play on my moms laptop (hehehe) i like stole it and she just bought it for "work" but which expansion is better cuz im at a cash shortage and dont no where my next expansion moneys coming from

buy both. ie Tribunal first then bloodmoon. However if you are short of cash then get Tribunal as it has some connection with Morrowind.

I would also buy Tribunal first, at least because it fixes the journal and I'm not sure whether Bloodmoon does that.

i think blood moon adds more.
and the quest fixes and stuff like that are present in both add ons
