Sunglass Man MM7 Mod - my status

Got to Eeofol last night, and am (1) kicking myself for not getting the cleric up to GM Body first, (2) kicking myself for not depositing all my gold at the bank first, and (3) sipping delicately at that special well... I save every five drinks. It may be cheating, but it may not

Man, do I hate the tunnels... Behemoths and medusas all over the place... ANNOYING!!! Switching bows every few minutes for a different party... at least we've got Protection from Magic, which eliminates that little paralysis/stone side effect from the medusas...

The other downside... it wasn't until 3AM that I finally got through the tunnels. Couldn't go to bed until I got through... *yawn* not my smartest move yesterday...

Bah, I didn't play this game for few days. I was playing Galactic Civilization 2 : Dread Lords.

Now trying to Play Imperium Galactica 2. If only I can find that goddamn 1.08 patch.

As you can see, I'm rather stuck with other games.

Hey Kakero, careful on the harsh language please.

I just started a new party of 4 monks last night. We'll see it goes.

I like the new teleporter thing, to a point. I don't like the fact that some only work in the well in Harmondale and others only work in Bracada.

Sorry, I was referring to the keys only working at either the well, or teleporter..

That's what I was referring to as well. It's a lo-o-ong way from downtown Harmondale to the well when you want to go someplace...

I have my third character hold all the keys, and the lead just hold the next active one. I'm tempted to see if I can just drop them at the well, and pick up the one I need next.

Back into it tonight. Last night's gaming was cut short because my son wasn't feeling well... but he's okay now. Onward, Erathia!

Almost unfair, really... spend a bit of time at the well in Eeofol, then go into the Maze in Nighon. Never before have I stood toe-to-toe with 4-5 Minotaur Lords in hand-to-hand combat without casting Paralyze as fast as I could... Gruhntt, the Dwarven Tank, is just poppin' 'em left and right... he's done nearly 300 damage in a single shot. All of Baron B's Panoply plus GM Armsmaster (L20, I think, or maybe 30) just really adds up. And when you get hit, that L30 GM Body Heal spell just restores points like mad. Now, if I can just keep the cleric alive long enough to cast it again...

About to complete the last second-level promo quest, then it's off to the Gauntlet... that is, as soon as I can get an apple... There aren't many on the trees in December

I just killed the 3 red dragons on emerald island at lvl 15. pretty good for 4 monks (initiates). I'm just cleaning them out of everything I can. I've been back to the shops 3 times to clean out my inventory.
Once I get the light path and second promo done, I'll work on the gauntlet.
I think mid 20's level is about the minimum for it.

I think I'll head back to Eeofol's well for a bit before the gauntlet. I got all the way to the coding wizard with a low-level party on the last rev, and gave up when I saw what came next. I figured I'd wait for the final rev... nope, nothing scaredy-cat or chicken about it

Day of Protection with light level 30-40 should be enough to make it pretty simple... I hope....
