The first RPG I ever played was probably Chaos Strikes back on the Atari ST in 1995. Many sleepless nights can be blames on that one, there was a teachers strike at that time and I spent it almost entirely playing that game . Great game.
I've never been into consoles though, never had one. |

My first computer was a used Amiga I got from a friend, no hard drive just 2 floppy drives. The first game was a squad level military strategy game, but I can't remember the name. I loved game, but after going IBM compatible I was never able to find it again.
My first D&D game was SSI's Champions of Krynn.

My first RPG was a text game and we didn't have any disk drives, I had to use a tape recording device. It was terrible because every so often the tape became bad. (Break out the original and copy it).
Followed by the Ultimas and then a bunch of Strategic Simulation Inc. titles. |

The first game I ever played was 'pac man', back in the eighties. The graphics were awful and the console I was playing it on had precisely eight colours.
Ah, technology.... |

Well if you're talking COMPUTER games, and not stuff like Commodore or games you had to go to the arcade to play (packman, centipede, asteroids, donkey kong, etc.), then I'd say ZORK.
