I installed my Norton AntiVirus 2001. When i try to updatde it i cannot becuase my subscrption has expired. What can I do to update it again? I have original version by the way so if anyone knows...

Try calling their tech support to see if they have a direct draw option or other payment methods.

Sounds like the simplest solution may be to buy a newer version. I realize renewing the subscription would be cheaper, but if you have to pay long distance bills, etc., then Norton's 2002, 2003, or 2004 may be the best solution.

EDIT - In the meantime, you could download some 30 day demos from the various Virusware sites.

Have you tried going online and visiting their website? Go to the tech support section there and look around.

What operating system are you using? If you are useing Windows XP, any version of Norton older than 2002 or above will not work on the computer properly anyway. Either way, with engine updates and definition updates in mind, you'd be better off just purchasing a new version anyway, to be on the safe side.
