Toast.

Is it the greatest invention known to man and late night PC gamers? Does it deserve to be classed as a food group of its own? Or is it the food of someone with no culinary flair and just plain lazy?

Do you have your toast lightly tanned or burnt to a cinder? What is your favourite topping?

I like mine burnt, and the great thing is every two weeks you can tip the keyboard upside down, tip all the crumbs out, lick your finger, and hey presto, you've got a ' toasticle' Smashing !

My best toast recipe for late-night Hardcore Gamers and Half-drunk Ravers:
Take two slices of toast. Smear one side with mayonaise, apply a slice of ham and place cheese. Put in toast for 1 minute. Open toaster, smear butter on top, close toaster for 1 minute. Open toaster, turn toast, and apply butter in same manner. Wait one minute. Open toaster, extract toast sandwich from toaster and place it on a plate. Pour a glass of milk. Blow at toast. Eat.

I don't like burnt toast, won't even touch it. I'm not really much of a toast eater, but I prefer it medium, crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside. Cinnamin toast is the best, put a little bit of butter on the toast, let it melt, then shake some cinnamin (well the kind that is mixed with sugar LOL) on it, viola!

Lightly toasted, smothered in butter and then a light covering of vegemite... can't be beaten!

We really are scraping the bottom of the barrel with topics these days aren't we?

And before you say anything, I DID start a good topic not long ago with great words of wisdom and not that long before that a nice one about languages and a few other very long threads
