If you have find out what you like to work with then my advice is to spesicale your skills in it, do the best you can and if you like it you are the boss in no time and it pays well too, do the best that you ever done in that type of work and peoples look up to you and the company like your style and all will be fine, i have done that and now i am a boss and we do our work perfecktly all folks on the team do a good job and it is wonderful!
So the key to do succses is to be good at what you are doing!
This was a hint to the youger peoples here who are about to finnish their school!
Think about it it is simple like that folks!

Being a boss isn't always what it is cracked up to be. I was a foreman for 4 years and hated it.

Great words of advice there, Megabot. I'd also be interested to know what career you are following.

I hope to be a Royal Marine when I'm older... the army with that saying, "99.9% need not apply"... It's gonna be tough

i had a good job, i was something like a clerk in a dodgey store, i didn't have to and work and got paid for it, large store too, so was really easy to get away with a lot of things. Ofcourse i seem to have lost my job when i didn't turn up for 2 months or so, but it was fun for the year and half it lasted.
Although you're job sounds a lot better.
