True enough, but as far as I know you can't combine the cloak and ring +2. I'd say use the cloak and ring of Gaxx, combined with the ring of earth elemental control (IIRC you CAN use these with a cloak +2), your pale green stone and some magic. (I've never tried this, but can a Kensai use a shield? If you're willing to sacrifice offensive power and roleplay you can give it a try.)
