hi
im having trouble with getting past the oracle. Ive gotten everything ive needed yet the river running through the Caves of Ishad N'Ha, past the oracles, is blocked and i cannot keep going in the game. could somebody give me some feed back on what i have to do?? Thanks

You say that you have everything you need...so I'm guessing that you have the Mavin Signet. You have to talk to the oracle and be sure to ask about 'Destiny'... [img]graemlins/blueblink.gif[/img]

First off, welcome to the boards, Rane. May your journeys in the Gael Serran today become the legends children are told tomorrow.

The Oracle is looking for two things: a ring on your finger, and the words of encouragement. If you don't have the Maven Signet, you won't get past; that's the signal to the Oracle that you're worthy to move on. If you don't have it, head back to the Crypt and pick it up. Nivius won't be needing it any more...

Once you have the ring, you need to ask the Oracle about your *destiny*. Throughout the game, conversations will open the way for future events. Click on every word in the dialogue box to see what they will do.

And once that happens, the Oracle will open the way to let you through.

oh and try not to get TOO close to the mystic fires which are protecting the oracles as they will toast you! i tried that once though, n went home all roasted and black.........

Let us know when your DESTINY has gotten you as far as Ishad N'ha!

Be certain that you're talking to the correct Oracle as well as having the Mavin Ring, the other sisters are just window dressing so to speak!

Whenever you get stuck talking to someone in W&W make sure you ask every question available to you. In most situations (not all) the question is in your talk scroll.
