Everytime Kerah says she is thirsty, the game freezes and I can not give her the holy water. I downloaded the patch, and it does not help. Do I have to re-install the game? Very frustrating!!!

This is one of the buggy areas.
My recommendation is to prep the flask of holy water and immediately give it to her when she says she's thirsty. Then stop ALL mouse and keyboard movements until she returns to normal and disappears. Save the game (in a new slot) and attempt to leave the area without fighting anything else.
