Yes there is. All you need to do is take Jaheira into your party and do the entire harper's quest. Afterwards, Terminsel will appear to reward you, but you can also attack him if you wish.

if you don't have any moral objections to cheating, if you have an empty slot in your party when you approach him, pause the game, put the curson on him and hit "control+Q"... He'll join your party.

Haven't tried with him yet, but I did get Xzar and Artemis Entreri to join my evil party.
