You didn't have the best trip home, Ross! Sorry it got messed up like that for you, it's a shame when a trip goes well and the return gets messed up.
I took KLM years ago, on a trip to Russia, and had excellent service. It's too bad it's gone downhill like that.

Well at least I got my luggage back today. It arrived at 4pm, about 16hours later than it should have, but hey.
It does bring a bit of a sour end to the holiday, but I looked back at all the pictures from the digital camera today, and they are stunning, so at least that brings out the good memories.
