Wow it's been the longest of times since I've been on these forums. I think it must have been a year ago. The forum looks absolutely amazing Ziroc, I love all these new changes.

But uh yeah, if any of you care I'm in college now. SUNY ESF- It's official name is State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (We hold the distinction of having the longest college name in the world I believe). I'm up here in Syracuse NY, which is an interesting change from Southern New York. I'm an Environmental Studies major, and most likely going into either some sort of policy career or writing career.

But it is nice to be back perusing the various boards on here, and there are a bunch of names I don't recognize but I'll learn them in time. And after being here for some 6 years now (wow, that is a long time) I think I'm overdue for a forum donation... as soon as I figure out how to do it.

At the same time I also just want to thank every member on this community. After being on so many different forums for countless years, I have to say IW is by far the biggest exception. This is the one place where I don't see threads and topic degenerating into wars of ego and uncalled for name-bashing. Many places claim to be a "family forum" but only IW really holds up to that name. And there are really no other places where you can find a good RP as well. So thanks a bunch to all of you (especially the mods) for making this place a fantastic one.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have some catching up to do on posts...

I have not posted that much since I joined and at this point I really only look at and comment on the general discussion board. Also I am not that familiar with other sites similar to this one (message boards…posting sites...forums) so I am not sure what the “standard” is.


I have found that the statement above is very accurate. So far I have not read a post or reply and thought “well that’s just rude” or “hmm, what an arrogant individual he/she is.”
