I got 19/20, missing the one on population of the US. I guess it's just crowded where I live and I projected that for the whole country. The actual geography questions were all pretty easy. The school system that I went through had geography all through elementary and jr. high school with the option to take it in high school.

The problem may be that most schools today are teaching so much more (topic-wise) and doing it at younger and younger ages that no class goes into enough depth or lasts long enough for the students to learn and retain the information. Everyone seems to be studying for the test. Learn facts, take tests, clear mind.

Well, I got a 19 out of 20 (as if that were a surprise). If you pick a small enough selection of questions on any topic you'll find a vast majority of people score poorly. Oh, well...that just shows skewed testing methods.

Not to nitpick too terribly much, but an IQ of 180 has an instance of about 1 in 3,500,000 people....
