Houses, enough said.

Though I do realize that the buying of houses like in Daggerfall cannot even be possible with ES: IV, I really hope they give you at least 10+ choices. I'm also pretty sure they mentioned that houses could/might be included in the game, we will have to see.

Ehm, I have good news for you. In the video interview Kathode from the Elder SCrolls forum says you will be able to buy houses. He says it's a reward for being economically succesful, aka having lots of cash.

What I want most from ES:4 ?

Can have a bf/gf. And then get married, settle down and have children.

I generally figure that most gameplay features can be added with the Construction Set. So I'd like to see an improvement in how the game (and the construction set) handles scripts.
Things like:
Having multiple scripts on an object.
Having multiple objects tied to a single scripts (ie. instead of having every piece of armor X have armor_X_script attached to it, have a single instance of the armor_X_script that deals with them all).
Being able to dynamically change which scripts are assigned to an object durring the game.

I don't want anything from Oblivion yet, but I can guarantee that approximately two weeks after it's released I'll be demanding my life back.

Ridiculously strong monsters. Few random caves/shrines here and there, containing random dragons and demons and such that have no relavence to any quest, but are just for a fun epic battle.

Oblivion will already feature a system where you will always fight monsters your level, always. Thus if you go into Oblivion at level 6, you'll fight monsters that are around 6ish. If you are 50, then you will fight monsters that are around 50.

I think that will satisfy most minds.

hmm, yeah, but it would also be cool to be wandering along a stmble across something incredibly strong and have to rn away, forget about it, then come back at a bigger level to fight. I also enjoy near-death fights, battles that last a long time and leave you nearly killed. But that's just my preferance, and I doubt they'll be anything like that
