Just found out, Ironworks was the first board I ever joined. Hell, already 12 years ago. Unfortunatly there is not much RPG talking here, so I'm reading most of the time.

Any of you guys play Forge of Empires by any chance? It's a free browsergame, kind of city management combined with PvP combat. You start out in the stone age and can work your way up all to "tomorrow" era. It's good fun.

I'm playing Earth and Beyond emulator, old game brought back by fans. Sci-fi, which seems to be somewhat rare in new games. Enjoying the hell out of it, it was my first online game

Looks like a good thread to post my updates.

I moved a year ago to central South Carolina as a manager for the company I've worked for the past five years and then they give me a severance package and now I am stranded here. I've been unemployed almost three months now, but have a couple self-employed options coming up soon.

Two years ago, I finally got my family to Disney World and had the intention to drop in on Ziroc who lived close enough by to warrant the attempt, but never found the time in our four-days to try. I regret that.

It's been a long time since I've played a decent game, other than the occasional Wii-U game with the kids. This is not how I ever expected things to turn out and I miss gaming and I miss this forum family. I keep hoping for an IW Revival and wondering what it'll take to get back to those glorious days of minute by minute activity. I remember it being so busy years ago that I obtained permission from my boss to spend my free time at work performing my moderating job online and he approved!

Nice to hear man.
Massive changes for me too.
Been almost 15 years in NYC now.
Married, two kids, various work changes.
Life! Goes by in an instant.
Hoping to keep enjoying each moment as it presents itself.

I can't believe after all these years, I am still the third-highest poster on these forums behind Cloudy and Johnny. But looks like Yorick is trying to catch up in a matter of days! Heh

I'm glad to hear from you, Yorick!

I've got three girls and a fourth (final) baby on the way in December.
