If you make the guardian guard the phylactery it is not just Belial who gets trapped there... but everybody else.

I made shadowolf's desicion. Belial is Belial, and the entire village did not deserve it. Well that's my opinion... And you get a lot of exp (not as many if you find Karlat guilty though). [img]smile.gif[/img]

'Hmm' Where can you find this "Belial" I don't think I've seen him anywhere in the castle...

Belial is the demon of Fire who you find in

*this is already spoiler territory so who cares!*

Karlat's side of the castle. There is a room with a Fire Brazier in the middle and some lights making a circle.

You have to put a fire beetle's belly in the brazier then cast Burning Hands on the brazier.

HOWEVER, how you cast Burning Hands is up to you. There are wands for use by even fighters in the same place.

Now, just remember to protect yourself from evil and now you have your own pet Belial, Lord of Fire to pet and cuddle.

"I did notice a statue to the morninglord (lathander?) that seemed to require a quest but could not figure it out. Any ideas?"

I think you can cast sanctuary with it, not a real 'must have' item IMO

I think it had something to do with cleaning, something in the discussion with Quint should help, I think...
