Some of you will have heard of the Player Resource Consortium (PRC) hak which gives you access to a whole bunch of races, classes and builds. Even more of you will have heard of the Community Expansion Pack, which adds a lot of eye candy to the game. Have any of you used them together? I've got the CEP installed on a lot of the mods I play, as well as the OC, and I'd like to do the same with the PRC. Did you have any conflicts in terms of associating the various haks using the Aurora toolset? What about the .tlk files? Did you have to merge them and create a third one?

Hey Memnoch I saw a combo PRC + CEP file searching for PRC under all haks at the NW Vault recently but haven't tried it.

Speaking of PRC...Is it easy to use and is it stable? I've had requests to add it to a module and I plan to try it soon.

I haven't actually used PRC yet, hence the question. I do have CEP. From what I hear about PRC it's very stable.

I'm just worried about possible conflicts in terms of the hak associations and the tlk, but I've seen lots of posts in the Bio site suggesting heaps of people have done it without a problem. Just not sure how to actually do it (ie how to sequence the haks, etc).

I know its possible but I have never done it.

The PRC has an auto installer so it knows where to put all the hacks. The PRC forums have some great people there who love to help and they know it inside and out.

I personally don't like the PRC as it has some MEGA balancing issuse with some of the classes. But that just comes down to if you want to use those classes.

Well, I found the combo hak but it looks like I have to download and install the PRC haks first.

Yeah, well, I just tried to install the PRC on a CEP module and it didn't frigging work. Basically I already had the CEP associated with this mod, so my haks were sequenced as per the CEP directions. I used the PRC installer to install the haks into my hak folder, then I used the Module installer to install the haks into a test CEP mod of mine, but it came up with heaps of conflicts which I had to click through, and when I finished the mod came up with errors and had 5 new areas in it as well!!

Obviously I did something wrong...
