Netherlands 6-0 Scotland (Aggregate 6-1)
Ruud van Nistelrooy came alive as his hat-trick helped the Netherlands unceremoniously sweep Scotland aside and take their place in the Euro 2004 finals.

OH here mousey mousey mousey!

Thats got to hurt!!

I saw something tonight that i haven't seen in a long time. They played with heart AND with teamspirit. Now all they need is one or two lineup changes, sack the coach, and we're down for a crown coming summer.

Anyway, I was shocked that Wales are out of Euro. I really wanted to see Ryan Giggs playing in Euro.

Turkey are also out.

Just wanted to say. When a bunch of journeymen comes up against a team with talent and motivation who wins??

Holland.

Kudos to the Dutch - we got our bottoms well and truly spanked by a better team. I'll bet there will be one hell of a party in Amsterdam tonight

I think so too, there were a couple of thousand Scots with no tickets, and they're all gathered downtown in and around pubs, together with every Dutchy with no tickets. Everything is swell, and they're happily getting drunk together.

Damn, i wish i was in Amsterdam right now.
