SO, whats the most you have backstabbed? - Page 2

can you backstab with any weapon or does it have to be a thief-allowable weapon like a short sword or dagger? if you were dualed fighter/thief, for instance, could you backstab with crom fraer (sp?) ? thanks...

Any combination of the thief class can only backstab with short swords, long swords, katanas, & daggers (I think). I read somewhere on this board that someone was able to with a club, but I've never tried that. My solo F/M/T usually does 100-150 backstabbing with celestial fury, x5 damage with 21 strength (girdle of something or other).

Well I want someone to test this out for me to see what the thief does.

Someone with a Kensai/thief, grandmaster in longsword.

Take Daystar (double vs undead), Drink potion of storm strength, Kai, and then go backstab a undead (even just a skeleton), and see what you are doing. I want to see the limits you can do with the weapons that do double damage to undead

my max is 181 with Celestial Fury, no buff of any kind, kensai/thief
