Why must a report of a tragic event degenerate into yet another gun debate? For those not familiar with Philly, that section of town has a few "Gangland" areas. Chances are very likely that the weapon was NOT legally owned.

These were just criminally stupid and violent people. Laws, guns or lack of either would not have affected them. I hope they throw those parents away for a long time. I hope the little girl recovers, though not likely 100%
