Driver question
Does anyone one know what is the last good driver that works with NWN? I updated my current driver to what ever the latest one is from Nvidia to help running the witcher ( which helped alot) but when I tried NWN, it got through the splash screens and then a black screen at the game slection screen ( New game load game, etc.).
I really don't want to have to keep reinstalling drivers back and forth and I know Ziroc has mentioned a new patch that should come out to correct this ( any word on release date). Thanks

Re: Driver question
I am assuming you mean "video" drivers, but could you please specify what you are looking for....
Have you tried the nVidia Beta driver?

Re: Driver question
Whoops. Yes the video driver and no I have not tried the beta driver.
This is the one I downloaded last week ( 12/4) and after running it the witcher ran great, but NWN would not show anything. From the Nvidia site ForceWare Release 163 WHQL Version: 163.75 Release Date: November 6, 2007 Operating System: Windows XP, Windows XP Media Center Edition Language: U.S. English File Size: 42.0 MB

Re: Driver question
This is a known problem with the new video card drivers and nwn. You will have to roll back or reinstall the nvidia drivers to 98.xxx or maybe 96.xxx something like that. The last one before they went 163.xxx
